If you live or work locally in Birmingham/Solihull area this is for you.   Cash on delivery of atwork.

 

For that personal touch the artist prefers to meet the customer and hand over her artwork. 

 

There are several options, you can choose from please contact the artist if you have any  other questions or wish to discuss this further.

If you live or work in Birmingham then the artist can meet the customer to handover the artwork in person, please choose one of the three Options below.  Full payment in cash is required at handover.  Taxi fare to attend Options 2 or 3 will be charged at cost.

 

• Option 1 The artist is happy to arrange collection of her artwork from her studio
• Option 2 The artist can meet the customer at an agreed location in either Birmingham City centre or Solihull Town centre
• Option 3 Meet at The Pig & Tail B1 3ED in the Jewellery Quarter, where the artist has more work on display

 

NB The artist does not drive, there may be small addional increase in costs to cover taxi fares for delivery depending on distance.

 

Collection at the artist studio over the weekend must be pre agreed in advanced.  Delivery over at the weekends there will be extra costs involved.

Please bear in mind this is original artwork and cannot be replaced by a duplicate painting or copies of art work.

 

If you would like to contact the seller regarding any further detailed photos of any of the seller’s paintings prior to making an order the seller will be happy to assist you here. You are under no obligation to purchase the art work.

 

Bookings/Orders

 

If you should wish to go ahead with an order please contact the seller to discuss options including payment terms and wish to pay by cheque, bank transfer please allow this to be cleared before dispatch of artwork. If you wish to pay by another method, please contact the seller first. The seller will be happy to be flexible but in most cases the payment needs to be received and cleared prior to despatched.

 

Delivery

 

Please allow 14 days before goods are dispatched this gives the buyer 7 days cooling off period for cancellation of an order which will be mutually beneficial to both parties for unforeseen circumstances & costs.

 

Cash payment

 

Collection of artwork from seller’s studio can be arranged within 48 hours once agreed date & time.

 

Other

 

If you are interested in purchasing more than one painting, please inform the seller prior to purchase and the seller will adjust the delivery charge as appropriate - often two paintings can be parcelled together almost as cheaply as one, particularly if there are a similar in size and format.

In normal circumstances any delays in despatch date the seller will notify you ASAP..

Please note that delivery costs consider the cost of packaging the item safely for transit.

 

Returns.

 

Since the goods have been hand delivered or collected by the customer has been given an opportunity to view the goods and accepted the art. Once exchange of money has been made the responsibility of the art falls to the customer. The customer is therefore being responsible for the goods & transit home, any damages incurred in transit is the customer responsibility and no refunds / returns will be accepted. 

 

However, if the artwork is in good condition and the customer wishes to return the goods within 7 working days to arrange a full refund then the customer will have to notify the seller prior to returning. To agree terms on returning goods. The customer is required to supply necessary photos as evidence the artwork is in good condition prior to returning.

The painting should be returned in its original conditions, in the packaging & hand delivered to the seller.  If, however the customer wishes to return by postage methods.  Then the customer must ensure the artwork is sent with adequate packaging, using the Royal Mail or equivalent postage methods. The customer will be responsible for the full postage costs of returning goods in satisfactory condition and with the understanding of any damages incurred risks of full refund.

 

Customer complaints.

 

Will be dealt with fairly with the understanding that you notify the seller within 7 days on receipt of goods and If necessary photo evidence of your complaints prior to returning goods in satisfactory condition after agreement terms with the seller including refunds.
